With popular dishes such as the Seafood Bouillabaisse and Seared Snapper – they live up to their reputation of offering fresh fish, simply done. Other signature dishes include the Surf & Turf, Seafood Paella and the incredible Banana Dulce de Leche Cheesecake.

Other popular nights at Veranda include their Argentinean 'Asado' Night. Guests will enjoy watching the Argentinean tradition of cooking with fire and a delicious BBQ feast, innovative bourbon cocktails and more live music – all while overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Their Simply Fish evening which showcases a special selection of freshly caught fish from the local market. Asado and Simply Fish will alternate every Saturday to offer guests a variety of experiences.
