Never has the saying 'Ocean to Plate' been truer than at Catch. Local fresh fish is caught daily and prepared by a team of talented international chefs. Enjoy a wide selection of fish including yellowfin tuna, blackfin tuna, trigger fish, lobster (December-February), conch (November-April), red snapper, wahoo, mahi mahi and more.
Local produce is also served whenever sourced to round out their fresh dishes. Start with the Fresh Catch Ceviche with pickled spiced onions, jicama and oranges and finish with the Seared Tuna. This fresh locally caught tuna steak is seared and served with passion fruit brown butter, roasted brussel sprouts, red pepper, capers and parsley sauce. Meat lovers will not need to despair as the Bresaola, Filet of Beef, and Rack of Lamb are just a few of the hearty options on the menu to choose from.
Catch has a defined lounge area for those who simply want to sip on a cocktail before dining. There is also an incredible drinks menu with an extensive wine, beer and cocktail selection. A brilliant mixologist creates fun fruity cocktails using fresh, seasonal local fruit such as mango, soursop, starfruit and guava. They are so refreshingly delicious you may find it hard to leave the bar!
